Containing approximately fifty thousand books, pamphlets and journals, the two rooms are full of important books, pamphlets, etc. The Washington Collection and Rare Books rooms are located in the existing Tuskegee University Main library.  Each contains materials specific to a certain aspect of research for Tuskegee University staff, students and researchers from around the world.
